In this class you will learn to make 4 different kinds of bread e.g. country sourdough, ciabatta, bagels and rye bread.
You will learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter from scratch and how to fit bread making into busy modern life.
You will be given the recipes and will take home your delicious, freshly baked creations, so bring a bag to carry them.
During the class, Dave, owner of Little Wild, will explain the science behind breadmaking and show you how to avoid common mistakes people make when baking at home.
You will also get to make delicious freshly baked pizza for lunch.
