Experience 'Shinrin Yoku' – also known as forest bathing. A unique medicine to the hustle and bustle
of modern life.
The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer a calm and peaceful clarity.
You'll start the day with some Qi‐Gong inspired movements to clear the mind.
Then stroll through the woods, taking in the sights and sounds of the forest followed by a beginner‐friendly session of feel‐good yoga flow.
The term shinrin‐yoku, means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you.
These retreats are usually 10am‐2pm but times can vary. And the meeting point is on the map below and confirmed with BrightonYoga before your trip.
